LASAGNA BOLOGNESE

Heat the lasagna covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 

Once warm in the middle, remove cover and turn on broiler and finish at 450 degrees until the top is brown and the edges are crisp. 

Remove from the oven and let rest for 25 minutes. 

Warm tomato sauce in a small pot or microwave and add as much or as little as you would like.
